Hello East Forkian's Soon it will be July Independence Day and on the 10th of July we will celebrate this glorious day with our annual Picnic and Seeded Hunt..It will be held at Paschall Pavillion park in Mesquite, Texas..... The Food....Bring whatever you want to eat and drink..I'll have my grill there and will cook...Bring sides, desserts, meat, hot dogs, etc........... The Hunt's... The first hunt will be a Silver/Clad hunt..The entry fee is $15 for this. Painted coins will represent the denomination of different Silver coins....Clad coins will be just that.... The second hunt will be Dollar/ Token hunt..the entry fee is $25 for this......Modern Dollar coins will be planted and also Tokens for either cash value credit cards, detector, pinpointer or other prizes.... Late fees will be $10 for each hunt...Hunt fees must be paid by June 26th !!! after that late fees apply.....This hunt/picnic will also be our monthly meeting(short)...This event is for East Fork Club Members and their family Only, No hunt fees accepted unless membership dues are paid and current !!!... Make sure yours are.... You can start paying for this at our next club meeting.....Cash Talks, anything else Walks !!!...All money paid will be put into the hunt's...The Club will be donating $200 also......Anyone that want's to donate an item for a prize just get it to me......HUNT TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER..but say between 11:00am to 5:00pm.....I have reserved this pavillion from 9am to 9pm..........The location.....Mesquite Paschall Park
